The code was rewritten from scratch based on an early version of my work in progress engine VURender2 https://github.com/wellsilver/vulkanrenderer2
It runs far, far better than expected thanks to optimizations.
An issue here is that the text takes a long time to render and isnt rendered asynchronously. The program is heavily held back by this, especially on weak CPU's. The performance metric will always be accurate (compared to the previous version which was very inaccurate) but may be out of date.
I no longer have a windows computer, so a windows version may take a long time.
